If you buy a whole fish, they'll cut it into fillets for you. If it's a gift, they'll wrap it in gift paper and noshi. Both services are free.

Open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed Sundays, national holidays, and market holidays. Things often sell out before noon—come early.
